How can we address and influence the system of innovation within the public sector to facilitate and harness the power of entrepreneurial energy?
A rhetorical language based in innovation management literature and startup methodology, but tailored to the tight language and logic of public sector actors' role descriptions. The project was also a spin-off from language and recommendations developed by a Swedish commission for enabling responsible governance for public sector actors in Sweden (KOMET).
